Demonstrating Countryside Access in Scotland.

Scotland's Paths for All Partnership are nearing completion of a new path demonstration site based at Oatridge College, near Broxburn despite appaling weather experienced there recently. Centrewire have been working with the Partnership to establish a gate demonstraion area within the path demonstration site which enables local access authorities, community groups and land managers to experience some of the comprehensive range of access furniture which is now available. Installed examples include two way self closing gates such as the timber Aston and steel Marlow gate, Woodstock large and medium kissing gates and a motorbike inhibitor. Also displayed, a York 2 in 1 Field Gate and Chiltern two way self closing bridle gate out on a wider path.
